“I had my boiler replaced a few years ago by Chris from Optimal Heating, and I’ve remained consistently impressed with the quality of service ever since.
From the initial installation, Chris demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. The work was carried out to the highest standards—everything was completed neatly, efficiently, and exactly as promised.
Since then, I’ve continued to use Chris for regular servicing, and the standard of work has always been just as high. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend Chris and Optimal Heating to anyone looking for a top-quality installation and ongoing servicing. A truly excellent experience all round.”

Whilst installing my new combi boiler and completing various other plumbing tasks, he responded to every request with refreshing positivity (and a lovely smile). Nothing was too much trouble. Ontop of that, he works to the highest standard. He demonstrates great skill and professionalism, is incredibly hard working and always ensures his work is immaculate.
